At the present time, 174 transplant centers from 32 European countries are participating to ELTR. By comparison with the official data Transplant Observatory, More than 98% of European liver transplantation’s data are continuously updated, analyzed and published by ELTR.
Both The number of transplant centers and the annual number of Lts performed in Europe had gradually increased since ELTR has been created (290 LTs in 1985, 3972 in 2000 and 5624 in 2007)
